Megan & Graham

After a year and a half of planning with Megan and Graham Douglas, their April wedding came to life in the most magical way at Bay Preserve in Osprey, Florida. Nestled along Little Sarasota Bay, this stunning property provided the perfect backdrop for the timeless, elegant day Megan envisioned.

From the start, Megan was meticulous in her planning and had a clear vision: a classic outdoor wedding under the sweeping limbs of live oak trees. Every detail reflected her refined taste, from the waterfront ceremony to the sailcloth tented dinner, creating a day that was both sophisticated and full of joy.

Cocktail hour was held on the bayfront terrace of the historic Burrows-Matson House, where guests mingled with views of the sunset over the water. Dinner followed under a sailcloth tent, where soft candlelight and graceful florals set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Entertainment was a major highlight of the night. Curate Entertainment brought in the incredible DJ Malike, a live saxophonist, and a percussionist. One of the most memorable moments was a second line parade led by the sax player, who guided guests from the cocktail terrace to the tent, and later, onto the dance floor beneath twinkling string lights and the open sky.

From a champagne tower to heartfelt toasts and non-stop dancing, Megan and Graham’s day was filled with warmth, beauty, and celebration. It was a true honor to help bring their dream day to life.
