Katherine and Matt are busy lawyers in Nashville, so they chose an amazing venue close to family that has amazing lake views; Great Waters at Reynolds Lake Oconee

Classic and timeless was the look Katherine wanted to create, so we chose lots of different varieties of white flowers and greenery with gold elements and added elegant furniture.

On a beautiful spring day guests made their way toward the Lake Oconee for an outdoor ceremony and were serenaded by the sounds of “Athena Quartet”.

The reception was held in a huge Sailcloth tent on the lawn in front of the club house. It was tastefully decorated with chandeliers, white bars, and two soft seating lounges for guests to enjoy.

Everyone knows the service and food at Great Waters is exceptional and they didn’t disappoint! The couple wanted a party atmosphere with lots of dancing and socializing, so opted for food stations that were open for guests to graze on throughout the night.

The Big Bling and the Funk Machine Band were amazing and got the party started early. Props included cowboy hats, streamers and colored sunglasses that were passed around to add to the vibrant atmosphere.

A classic wooden boat waited at the dock to whisk them away to their hotel after their sparkler exit to cap of the evening festivities!
